§ 2-176. Compensation.
Latest version.
The city clerk shall receive a salary in the amount established from time to time by the city council in accordance with law, which shall be in addition to his salary as councilmember, if he is a councilmember. If the same person serves as city clerk and city treasurer, he shall receive a salary for his services as clerk and treasurer, in addition to any pay he may be entitled to as a councilmember of the city.
